RAFAL BLECHACZ, CONCERT PIANIST
Gold medalist of the 15th International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, Rafal was born in Poland in 1985, and has been winning prestigious prizes from the age of five. He has since performed with the Warsaw Philharmonic, Mariinsky Orchestra under Gergiev, and the Tonhalle in Zurich. Three new CDs will be released by Deutsche Grammophon. His program includes Mozart, Debussy, Szymanowski, and all 24 of Chopin’s Op. 28 Preludes .
