Chamber music is my passion and possibly my strongest attribute. At the age of twelve, I performed with a piano trio. Eventually, I was 1st violinist in the Morrison String Quartet at San Francisco State University and in 1969 played with the West Point String Quartet.
While in New York, studying with the late Oscar Shumsky, I became a friend and colleague with his son, Eric. Years later and with Eric’s help, I founded a chamber music festival in Washington which is now well established.
